Liked: Terrible. A dry granola bar and a packet of dry instant oatmeal. The coffee machine didn't work properly. The cafe latte I had tasted like it was made from water instead of milk OR the milk was old???
Disliked: See above. Sorry, I typed in the wrong spot. The only thing I kinda liked was the mattress was comfortable. Room was in transition (?). No lamps, no fridge, no micro, no wifi (never connected), no earthlight, no Kleenex, broken screen & security lock didn't work.

Disliked: The room did not feel clean, the shower was gross. There was plastic on the mattress. We did not have a remote for the tv on our room. We had to go find one at 11:30 pm.

Disliked: No coffee cups available in whole hotel / I asked staff and she said there is nothing available anymore and she is waiting for shipment (no cups in the room anyway)- it is not acceptable. When I asked to speak to manager she told me to just dial 9 and it was not even available to speak to anyone.Morning staff was rarely available - she left to take FaceTime call (seems like personal call ) leaving at least 2 guests other than me waiting for at least 5 min.If it is her break- someone should’ve been able to take over her duty, it was around 8am and it is busy time for motel business.

Liked: Didn't like anything about it. When it was too much the manager said I can give you a refund instead of trying to fix all these problems.
Disliked: Didn't have a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning wasn't working, shady people walking around , parking too far away from room telephone wasn't working, so I canceled and left. It was too much
