My original room had furniture turned over and reeked of smoke and body odor. I was switched to another room, but when I came back to the motel after the concert there was not a single parking spot and nowhere else to park. I ended up running up to the room and driving all the way back home in the middle of the night.

Liked: The front desk clerk was nice.
Disliked: Filthy; no parking.

Disliked: The bed was so soft which doesn’t provide a comfortable sleep. My room which I stayed didn’t have a window, inside there was a heavy smell (regarding not to have air circulation) I think the premise requires a renovation.

Disliked: I requested a refund/ concession of my stay on May 22nd. I have already called multiple times to Expedia (at least 4 times), regarding various issues I faced with the stay. - I still did not receive a invoice for my stay- The hotel services were extremely unprofessional - I did not have toilet papers, bedsheets were dirty, there were homeless people sleeping/ staying inside the hotel premise. - Security of hotel was severely compromised, I felt unsafe to stay there- They advertise everything falsely -- Half of the advertised services do not work, e.g. washroom amenities. THEY HAD NO BREAKFAST as opposed to what was advertised. (They give 1$ chewwy bars, for that purpose!!!??)- The hotel stuff are rude, and unprofessional. - Bedsheet and pillows were unclear dirty, room was selling. The premise of the hotel was dirty, there were homeless people, dirt things were scattered all over the places. - MY PRIVACY was violated, I have been requesting a receipt for my booking / an invoice of my stay, but still have not received it. But they send it to a third party without my knowlegde/ my consent -- the stuffs do not have a basic knowledge of customer privacyI had a TERRIBE EXPERIENCE with the entire stay + follow up events. I want a full refund / compensation for the stay and the 7-8 hours I wasted simply to communicate with the hotel front desk and booking.com subsequently (you can check your records for reference).Pls let me know what is your resolution on my compensation. I book hotels at least once every month, if this is the treatment I continue receiving, I will switch to another platform since I simply can not lose money and time over such trivial matters.
