Disliked: They first gave me handicap room with stains and hairs all in the sheets! Hair all on the bathroom floor and a raw fish smell going into the bathroom! Fridge not working!! Ask for clean sheets they bring more dirty sheets. Go to the front desk Again and this time a lady bring it. Lay the first sheet out, its a little stain but not as big and dingy as the others so i look past it. Put the second sheet on and stains you cant ignore! Go back to the front desk just for them to say that is the best they have or they can change my room!!! Changed my room and the sheets look clean and actually but hair everywhere in the covers!!!! Let just say i have not had much sleep in two days and this is the worst days inn I have ever stayed at!!!

Liked: The Lady at Checkout was nice
Disliked: I paid for a Handicap Room because I cannot step over into a tub because I have a Disability. The shower head and hose were both taped to the wall so that I could not use it for me to sit on the bench seat in the shower. My roommate had to rig it up so that I could take somewhat of a shower as I cannot stand. When I called the front desk to let them know, they only said and I quote “ I will have to try to get ahold of Sammy”. And I also told them I did not want or need room service but apparently that did not matter either because when we got back that next evening, our bed was made completely and they turned our heat off with it being very cold outside. Worse experience ever.
