The absolute worst.
Liked: When the morning desk clerk fix this mess up from the night desk clerk. She didn't know what she was doing and refused to listen to the customer. Not just myself but three different other people trying to get a room. Then I told her I had already paid for the room and she still charged me again. Lucky the day desk clerk fixed it right away. I will never ever stay with them again.
Disliked: The Night desk clerk was horti le. The room was in shambles. The bathroom has mold everywhere. The bed was horrible with a 2x4 running under the mattress holding it up from falling with the board sticking out to hit your shins.

Disliked: It was filthy. It was packed due to a snow storm. The staff was horrible. Didn’t care about anything. They were bothered to help you. Key stopped working several times. We were there for a funeral. No hot water for showers. When we checked out a day early their only concern was the last day was in refundable.
