Horrible and disgusting

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was very dirty, bugs flying around room. Spilled coffee on counter, bedding was dirty. Fresh stains crusted in on towels, sheets and pillow cases from previous customer. The bed was very hard and could feel springs in mattress. The heat and ac unit filters were caked in dust and grime. I have included pics. I was charged my rate from booking plus other fees they charged me separately for and wanted that in cash form and wouldn’t give me a normal receipt. They handed me a piece of paper smaller than a business card that said my room rate and that I paid with a Mastercard. They took advantage of me and wouldn’t do anything to help. I would like to have my money refunded. I have never had this issue where I pay more than my booking amount. It was almost over $100 and never ever would I pay that to stay somewhere like this.

Disliked: Room smelt moldyBlack mold around bathroom Shower head not connected to wallBed sheets were stained YELLOW Had to argue with hotel manager for 20 minutes to get refunded who spoke difficult to understand English.This is a run down MOTEL Atmosphere was terrible. Definitely appeared to be a rent by the hour type of place you see in the movies.
