Expedia travel is a deceiving...

Liked: You guys cheated on us. We booked for 5 people but you prepared only 1 room. The confirmation paper has a phone number that doesn't work. We had reported to the police to show up and solve the problem as we were thrown to the street.
Disliked: Nothing. Finally, the guy at front desk helped us with the cancellation and have to travel 1 more hour to find another place. By employing such irresponsible company and getting ignorant staff with Expedia travel you turned our hope to hell. By abusing people who trusted you, you will surely facilitating your downfall .

Bad

Liked: the front desk is good
Disliked: I requested non smoking but they give us smoking room thats why my kids did not get good sleep because of the bad smell and the bathroom is not clean. We just keep the room because its already late and my kids are already tired and im also tired for the whole day event. The bad smell makes my alergy attack. And there is available non smoring room but they did not give to us.

Not able to stay in...

Liked: I did not like anything about the place. I did not say I would like a full refund like I was promise. The beds were not made from the last guest. The bathroom was filthy and the floor were a mess. Absolutely disgusting
Disliked: I like the fact that I was still able to leave and just drive home. I was still charged even though I was told I wasn’t going to be. Let’s not mention the toilet seat that was holding on for dear life. Just crazy

Disliked: Everything was dirty are room was dirty had a cockroach in my shower I took pictures and my wife did as well

Bed was very nice.

Liked: Front desk man was great
Disliked: The couch was really dirty, killed a roach when we closed the door. Had 3 pillows not 4 and they were very small.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: "Light" breakfast was an apple or banana, and had some small muffins. Better off getting breakfast somewhere or bring your own. Rooms looked decent but saw several roaches walking around
