It needs some renovation and...

Liked: The breakfast was disgusting. 2 cereals, one kind of milk. No yogurt. Apples but no bananas. No meat. No eggs. No toast. No pastries except for 1 kind of granola bar. A waffle maker with a big communal bottle of syrup. Counters not being cleaned. Cheap napkins.
Disliked: First of all, breakfast. My room needs repairs & paint. Flimsy cheap towels. Commode needs to be anchored as it shifts. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In-room coffee maker needs to be upgraded. The hotel is located on a hill behind a forest of trees so it cannot be seen from the main road.

Worst experience ever!

Liked: Our room was disgustingly dirty as there was mold on the walls, the carpet was filthy, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, there was no cover for the fan in the bathroom, and though it was a no-smoking room it stunk of cigarette smoke. I have severe allergies to mold (puts me in the hospital) and things like smoke, etc… and could not stay there. Had to find another hotel to stay at, causing us to be late to our event we were there for. I was assured a manger would call me as I need to be refunded our money and no one called. I had to call later the next day and still not allowed to speak to a manager and am waiting to have confirmation that I will be refunded my money!!!! Absolutely the worst experience my family and I have ever had!!!! Will never go back!!!

Liked: It was clean, the bed was comfortable,I was able to rest like I needed.
Disliked: The air conditioner was unplugged and I couldn't find the plug in till after I went to the office and the Clark showed me where it should be.

Liked: Was first checked into an occupied room. Second room smelled horrible but we tried to make due. Glad I had my own cleaning suppies
