Liked: Very bad. Room was full of smoking smell.
Disliked: Very bad. Room was full of smoking smell.

Good

Liked: The front desk person allowed me to check in a little early, which was a relief in the heat. There are a lot of interesting eateries in the neighborhood, and the buses stop nearby.
Disliked: There were a couple small bugs in the room, but things weren't overtly dirty.

Exceptional

Place should be condemned.

Disliked: The place is an absolute dump. We didn't even check in. It looks nothing like the pictures and looks like it should be condemned. I could not in good conscience even take my children in. I did not feel that they would be safe. Thankfully I was able to find a good deal at a very nice hotel on another website. Booking.com should not even be booking for this hotel.

Poor

Disliked: The rooms are falling apart. There was water leaking in our room from the floor above, so we changed our room. The dinning chair the chair near the bad were so dirty we put towels on them and sat. Very poorly maintained . The pics on the booking platform are very misleading.

Disliked: The breakfast only had white bread, oatmeal, and cereal. The water pressure wasn't great. Drapes would not close properly and had holes. The dresser had broken drawers.

Liked: It was absolutely bare bones, which is surprising for even a 2-star American motel. Even common boarding houses offer complementary breakfasts, at least bacon & eggs, hash browns, along with the stadard hot & cold breakfast beverages & juices, everywhere in the US. We were shocked that they only serve juice, coffee & tea, toast & cereals only.
Disliked: We were greeted by a couple of enormous, cockroaches (with actual facial features and expressions you could see) scurrying from behind the bathroom mirror, in our hotel room. That is when we immediately decided to check out the next morning, and find alternative accommodation in a better hotel. The venue was the literal rendition of the stereotypical "roach motel" you see in the beginning of the plot of a stereotypical 70's B-list horror movie. flick.
