Disliked: was there in a heat wave- A/C was inadequate for the roomit never cooled off

Liked: Location is good !
Disliked: On the name of breakfast, they just provide bread jam and butter with cornflakes and juice.So basically they are fooling you.Rooms are not well maintained.

I would not recommend it...

Liked: Convenient to city.
Disliked: Environment outside the hotel very untidy. Bins full of rubbish and cigarette butts.

First time in Washington, DC...

Disliked: At the time of checking, a young man was very rude to us. Even told us if we don't like it here, we can go somewhere else. The young man even said bookend.com. Always mislead their customers when they check-in at our hotel.

Liked: Great location. Sufficient breakfast.
Disliked: 3rd floor while elevators were out. Wifi barely worked.

Good

Liked: The front desk person allowed me to check in a little early, which was a relief in the heat. There are a lot of interesting eateries in the neighborhood, and the buses stop nearby.
Disliked: There were a couple small bugs in the room, but things weren't overtly dirty.
