Disliked: Staff is not responsible. I lost my winter light jacket and staff is not able to trace it. They keep saying call in different timings and they change that window period. Property manager should have been informed to resolve the issue, but no one took bottom line.

The room was disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.Location was good.
Disliked: Tub looked like a pinto horse. Huge spots of different colors, curtains were frayed, chairs were worn out, (support, springs), and one had a hole in it. Refrigerator was missing rails in the door. Nothing would stay in the doors of the refrigerator. Very few clothes hangers. We left some in the room.

Liked: Price, location and the comfortable bed.
Disliked: The furniture was old and worn, a ceiling tile was open, the door to the bathroom squeaked, and the carpet needed to be cleaned. These things could be corrected with little effort or cost.

I was not satisfied

Liked: I liked I could park right in front of the room.
Disliked: Expected more for breakfast, pool was not open, location was not near shops and cleaning crew was not friendly.

Liked: Very Central Location, close to all kinds of events, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
Disliked: VERY dirty, VERY old, very broken and just not good. Signs around the hotel were breaking and falling off the walls.The curtains were frayed and broken, the mattresses felt about 100 years old and had no support at all. You felt like you were being sealed by the mattress laying down.The fridge in the room was covered in rust.Sprinklers were covered in rust.Mattresses were stained.The bathtub was literally painted white and the rails in there were totally rusted over.The walls in the bathroom had some kinda nasty gunk or slime on the walls. Continental breakfast was okay. The juices tastes moulded, bagels were hard as rocks, only thing decent was the make your own waffle station.
