Disappointing

Liked: The closeness of what we needed to see.
Disliked: The fact that you charged me for two rooms and we only wanted and used one. The fact that you were supposed to credit me for that and haven't done that yet. Also I had to pay them $60 which they said they would credit my charge card which they haven't yet.

Disliked: The air conditioning in the first room didn’t work, & the sheets looked dirty. The second room had a working ac but the sheets had stains still! Shower still had soap on the walls!
