Disliked: NEVER STAY HERE!!! PROSTITUTES, NO HOT WATER, HORRIBLE BREAKFAST AND NO RESPONSE TO ISSUES!!! There was no hot water our entire stay. There were 2 prostitutes that walked back and forth on the street in front of the hotel entrance. Breakfast was muffins, white bread and cold floppy waffles. We reported no hot water the 1st morning and asked to be contacted by management. They said they would need to contact the manager. We had to ask 2 more times. When I asked them to call the manager, the manager said he couldn't give me an answer then. Booking.com should not list this hotel!

Liked: The location is fantastic, and this was my second stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Anaheim Near the Park. I noticed significant improvements compared to my last visit. The beds were very comfortable, and overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only suggestion I have is that the customer service could be friendlier — the staff came across as a bit dry. Still, it’s a great option for the area, and I would stay again.
Disliked: The hotel has a great location, and I appreciate that it has improved since my last stay. However, the customer service left much to be desired — the staff were not very welcoming and seemed indifferent to guests. While the beds were comfortable, the lack of warm hospitality impacted the overall experience. I expected better service for a return guest.
