Disliked: While I didn't expect much for the price, it was not good. I pre-registered all my info online to save time at check-in, and that was worthless. The trainee at the desk still entered everything and it took far longer to check-in than usual. The wifi would connect to only some of our devices. The air con was freezing when on, but when turned down even a bit, it became grossly humid. We couldn't leave the air on constantly due to the flimsy sheet that was the only bed covering, so we were constantly up to adjust the air flow. Got no sleep. The breakfast was pathetic. There were two cereal options, but only 1 paper bowl (and 4 of us). There was no coffee pot in the machine, and the juice machine had a sign stating "Out of Order." There was nothing else. We took a banana and left.

Disliked: The hotel needs significant updating. It doesn’t appear there is much regular maintenance either. They do not actually have breakfast as advertised.

Disliked: The rooms were disgusting and very dirty. The sheets and pillowcases were unwashed; the floors had piles of dirt and hair, barley any lighting or working outlets, tub didn't drain, and room did not smell pleasant The man checking us in was a jerk, but the woman and younger man were nice and helpful.

Liked: The room amenities were great! I liked the entertainment center in the room!
Disliked: I asked the staff specifically about the free breakfast because I have 3 children and the whole reason we picked this place was because it included a free breakfast. The staff lied to my face. They said there would be at least danish for the kids. There was a broken juice machine and bran flakes or strawberry bran flakes. What the actual f*ck? Then they shut the door to the hallway and turned off the heat so that the staff could be warm but the people staying there had to freeze if you left your room. There was a 15-20 degree difference. The room was great execept for a giant empty area that could have fit a table and 2 chairs at least.

Liked: The only good thing I can say for this place is the location.
Disliked: The very appearance as you pull up to the place is alarming. Then as you enter the place, it is dirty and smells. The carpeting through is worn and dirty. The walls are dirty and in dire need of paint. The rooms have a very musty smell, and the carpet was disgusting. There were no both towels in my room and furnishing throughout were very old and worn. The landscaping outside was non-existent. The back building appeared to be rented out as apartments to long term tenants and it looked even worse than the main building. A very undesirable group of people were hanging around at all hours and the music was so loud I had to turn the television up very loud to hear above it. The music went on all 3 nights well beyond midnight, which interrupted my sleep as well as my 89 year-old mother. This truly was the worst hotel experience I've ever experienced. My recommendation is tear the place down and rebuild. But until you do that, I wouldn't recommend using the place for anything.
