Booked for 3 days but...
Liked: No coffee dowstairs. No breakfasts served. Those things mean a lot to me as a business traveler and as a pleasure traveler as well. ?
Disliked: Hot coffee downstairs. More towel (2 beds but only 1 large towel). Hot breakfasts. Better paint job.

Liked: Denny's right next door.
Disliked: Dirty towels, bed linen was inside out, bath floor & rug hadn't been swept or vacuumed, large stains on rug. I will not recommend or stay here again.

It was comfortable
Liked: I believe you should stop using free breakfast as a selling point as you are not serving breakfast since Covid 19 is now a factor..... Your company should offer coupons for local restaurants that serve breakfast....Denney?s....Blue sky...Bob Evens...etc.
Disliked: For me I need a raised toilet..... but you gotta make due with what you have.

Disliked: It was nasty, smelled like smoke! People lurking around everywhere!!! Horrible horrible place !!! Stayed till morning because I was so tired and checked out and was still charged full amount !!

We worked both days until...
Liked: Decent price, friendly staff, clean rooms, had almost everything a really great hotel has. I LOVED the exterior color scheme & could really tell many improvements had been made recently (even though I've never visited before).
Disliked: The night clerk (2nd day on job) didn't know how to apply our Wyndham rewards (which was the deciding factor in choosing that particular hotel) & I'm pretty sure we never got them. View inside front office windows needed curtains (very messy & disorganized in appearance). No breakfast bag available or even coffee downstairs. Lone "spill" stayed on the otherwise very clean, new carpet in the hall upstairs. Not enough large towels for 2 adults in double occupancy room. Curtains in room too far from window (did not adequately block morning sun) & a bit too long (blocked air stream from A/C unit). No room service or even a laundry bag. No writing pad, pen/pencil or lotion. Paint job (esp. on all doors everywhere) distractingly awkward & rough; should have done more prep work (removing plates & screws, filling holes, taping off the lines - on the panelled doors, hinges & knobs, etc.) before painting. Much "touching up" needed. All these things give the hotel a "cheap motel" feel; correct these things & I'm sure that hotel will move instantly from 2 stars to at least 4.?
