don't let the good rating...

Liked: The front staff were willing to help me but....after 3 room changes, it was just time to leave!
Disliked: 1st room smelt like someone tried to cover the smell of a smoke circle with some cheap bath and body spray. 2nd room, it looked great until the toliet slid off the base of the floor. 3rd room, I unpacked for the night. Laid my phone down on the table only to pick it up with what felt like sticky liquid all over my phone. I was tired and ready to call it a night, cleaned off my phone only to turn and see a roach ran across the floor! That was it for me! I left, asked for a refund and still waiting for a decision almost 24 hours later.

Disliked: Rooms in need of repairs, didn't have enough food for breakfast with amount of guest at the hotel, bins not refilled.
