Disliked: I asked for a stand up shower for my disabled sister in law and my request was not met.

Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower head was placed extremely low. The 5'5" traveler had to duck to get under the shower head to wash their hair. The two travelers over 6 ft found it impossible to wash their hair.

A good and fair price...

Liked: I think I got upgraded to the quieter side of the building. Nice rooms, a good night sleep. Had a washer and dryer in hallway..
Disliked: The parking lot could have used some cleaning of trash.

Would not stay there again

Liked: It was close to the highway that we were traveling on
Disliked: We ask for a handicap room but the tub didn’t have grab bars , the toilet was low to the floor.

Liked: The 3rd floor smelled like vinegar was used to clean up a marijuana grow operation. Then the keys worked but O had to manhandle the door open, which looked like a SWAT team had kicked it open at some point in the past.I made the mistake of taking my shoes off and walking thru the room and the carpet was tacky like it has participated in a Puff Daddy freak off. The bathroom fan didn’t work so…that was fun. The most likable part of this stay was writing this review.

Disliked: Room was very tired. Hallways and elevator were filthy. Outside entry door lock wasn't working and people had to go around to the front to get into the building. Customer Service from Front Desk was minimal at best. Whole operation was a disaster!

One night stay

Liked: We had a decent one night stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly.
Disliked: The area feels very unsafe. The biggest issue that needs immediate attention are the panhandlers sitting at the main entrance begging, smoking, and some sleeping in beat up cars in the back lot. I did speak to the front desk but he didn't say anything to them. Wyndham needs to step up. There was no visible security. The hotel needs upgrades. Especially the laundry. $4.50, one load, still didn't dry. Also, the dryer was so loud you could hear it down on the next floor.
