Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfortable. We liked that you were next door to dining.
Disliked: All of the electrical outlets were loose and failed to charge items. The toilet was so low it was hard for elderly to use it comfortably. The hedges in front were impossible to pass with cart. I'm sorry, but we will not be back.

My sons bed was infested...

Disliked: The room is infested with bed bugs. My son is covered in bites all over. We went to the doctor and she confirmed. I tried to talk to the manager and handle it and he refused to do anything about it and hung up on me.
