Liked: The facilities and being 10 minutes away from my workplace training. Very convenient
Disliked: I stayed at this hotel for a 4-night work training trip, but ended up checking out after 3 nights due to a schedule change for my work training. Unfortunately, when I informed the front desk and requested a refund or credit for the unused night, I was met with poor customer service. The associate I spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no willingness to accommodate the situation or acknowledge my concerns. To make matters worse, my third night (Tuesday) was an absolute nightmare. The room next to mine had a few people loudly fighting, arguing, and getting physical. This disturbing and aggressive behavior continued for hours, into the early morning (around 2 AM) completely ruining any chance of rest before my important training the next day. I did not feel safe, and I did not feel valued as a guest. Between the refusal to refund or credit the unused night and the dangerous, disruptive environment, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially not for business travelers who need a secure and quiet place to stay.

Liked: Unfortunately I did like nothing. There was smell of cigarettes all around the room, even if we were in a non smoking part. The breakfast was awful, the staff were not so helpful and the location was also far away! Wish I could give 0!
