Bad
Liked: That the ac cooled the room.
Disliked: That we were unable to unlock our door. The desk clerk opened the proximty lock with an actual metal key. Said she send maintenace didnt happen. So one of us had to stay in the rm at all times to have access.It was advertised with breakfast. They said no breakfast when asked the next morning.

Liked: I thought at first it was a decent price for nice rooms, but the pictures obviously are after it was cleaned, because it was filthy, the floors made your feet black, so nothing honestly.
Disliked: Roaches came in anytime you’d heat any food up, floors made your feet feel and look disgusting and there was no way to get them to feel clean. The towels had human bodily stains on them, crusty, and black footprint stains on them. I do have photos of all of it. Even of the roach that fell on me from the ceiling. It did not feel safe, so many shady people staying, and hanging around the parking lot. I ended my stay after only a few days I had reserved because it was physically making me sick. I had to goto the er because of my copd and how dirty the room was. After that we couldn’t stay.

Disappointing
Liked: Was quite
Disliked: My room door wasnt working had to switch rooms. Key card wasnt working so whenver i came back to the room they had to open the door manually. I had to pay a 100.00 deposit for no reason if stay wasnt going to be as good, and i checked out on June 22nd being told that my deposit (100.00) will be refunded but its Wednesday june 25th and still have not gotten deposit back.

The worse experience I've ever...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The window in the bedroom didn't close all the way so you could hear traffic all day and all night. The air conditioner didn't work when I first got there so the shady maintenance man fixed it and made it too cold. The housekeeping staff sucks and are not on top of their duties. I kept having to walk down to the front desk for toilet paper, towels, soap, etc. The phone in the room didn't work and when it did, there would be no one at the front desk to answer it. There was no breakfast even though their website says they have breakfast. No swimming pool. No coffee or tea stations in the room. The shower door wouldn't close all the way so there would be puddle of water outside the door. The bathroom doorknob was broken so I couldn't lock the bathroom door. There was noise all night long on the third floor so me on the second floor didn't sleep. The beds made noise like thunder so you couldn't move around in the bed. Seriously they should just close this building if they're not going to make it nice..

If your on a budget...
Liked: When checked in I was in a rush to get to work. But the restroom wasn't cleaned right the toilet has pee on the back of seat everything was dusty.Couple big roaches and baby red ants on widows which went on to bad from curtain there were no shampoos just a bar of soap. No towels had to get some from other room . There wasn't a phone in room or even coffe maker or ice buckets the basics were missing remote didn't work . They had both emergency exit locked which is unsafe.
Disliked: What I did like was beds were comfy.

Careful with deceptive advertising
Liked: Nothing. We were traveling for a medical procedure for my mother. Our experience was greeted with inconvenience and deceptive advertising by the property. We usually book online and things go smoothly. Next time I will need to start making a habit of calling properties while booking to verify "actual" availability.
Disliked: We never got to stay. When we arrived there were no staff. The lobby and reception area were closed and there was construction or remodeling going on inside. The construction employees told us the property was empty and closed. Regardless, the property was advertised as if available in the booking.com platform. We booked and even received confirmation emails and text messages for pre-check in. When we arrived and saw the situation I tried to call several times and received no response or the call would be answered and then immediately hung up. It took almost an hour waiting outside and calling booking.com customer support to report the issues and avoid getting charged unfairly. They tried reaching out to the property as well without success. We had to find another place to stay, more expensive, as soon as possible after 3.5 hours of travel. Unnecessary hassle.
