It was very nice for being so cheap! The receptionist was very nice. We know where we'll be staying for future concerts and events!

Overall it was quiet and...

Liked: Breakfast was ok. There were no hygiene products in the bathroom.
Disliked: The staff should be more customer service oriented.

Not the best stay I've...

Liked: I had not seen the property until I arrived. The manager named "Heidi" was very sweet and good to work with. The room desperately in need of work for the floors, lighting, simple toilet paper holders and new bed blankets covers! There were unseemly drunk characters hanging outside my door asking to come in from 9pm. to 11pm. I did not receive much sleep.The manager was very pleasant person and was very busy.
Disliked: Everything besides the manager! I will not be booking again!

It was not an enjoyable...

Liked: Heidi making an exception when my son was robbed.
Disliked: How my son was treated before I got there. Not answering or transfering my calls to my sons room before I arrived at the Wyndham Albuquerque Downtown Hotel.After arriving my room did not have a fridge in it. I was told they would put it in but I told him I didn't need it and would use the one in my sons room. I didn:t understand why there was no phone in my room though. There was also no coffee pot or plate in the microwave. There was also no remote to the tv. I was told they would try to find me one but I said I would do it manually on the tv. I never did see any breakfast while I was there. I was not happy about the bedbugs in my bed. Tryed to stay outside smoking due to the fact I could not bring myself to get in the bed again. I barely got any sleep while I was there.
