Nice motel with good value

Liked: Good value and convenient location for me. The managers are very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Room lacked convenient access to outlets near bed and desk to connect phone charger and/or computer.Access to 2nd floor rooms via stairs only. Not a problem for me.but less mobile guests.should request a ground floor room when making reservations.

Disliked: The tub didn't drain and breakfast needs to start at 6:00. A lot of people staying there are going to the Sand Dunes and want to see sunrise.
