Liked: Stayed 1 night.  Reception staff very welcoming, and large reception breakfast area. Easy to find just off main highway. Free parking and good WiFi. Breakfast ample from 630am with good selection, sandwiches sausage, egg, pancakes, and muffins, doughnuts, danish, muffins, apples, oranges, yoghart, cereal, juice and coffee. Room was large and spacious. Very clean and equipped with fridge and microwave. Table and 2 chairs. Coffee making. TV. 2 comfortable double beds clean and comfortable. Bathroom is ensuite and clean with toiletries. Would stay again if price right.

Liked: Location, staff.
Disliked: TV didn’t work and had to change rooms. A/C kept me up because it was to loud.

Liked: Clean, tidy, recently refurbished. Well located for a visit to the Great Sand Dunes NP.
Disliked: A bit pricy as for this standard and type of a facility, but on the other hand, at average cost in this area.
