Not good at all

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was not like pictures. Drug deals, men come in for while and leave. Girls come out on phone asking guys what car. They drive off come back after while. Holes in the sheets first room was dirty.

Very poor

Disliked: 4 MAJOR COMPLAINTS - Rude desk clerk told me to leave and come back in 30 minutes due to computer issues. Hidden fees after my emails asking what "incidentals" covered. FILTHY hairdryer. Dirty shower walls. Significant BLACK MOLD in bathroom. PERTINENT CONCERNS: ragged, stained sheets; bedspreads with burn holes; smoke alarm hanging by wires in a suspended, wall-mounted cage. I have photos/video.

Liked: I terrible with names but the young lady working 2nd shift was amazing! She was extremely polite and beautifully kind! She is an asset to the company, for sure!

Okay stay

Liked: Location and rooms are very clean
Disliked: The halls and lift was very dirty

Liked: The distance to the airport and opry mill
Disliked: There was dust and dirt all in the room. There was burn holes all in the bed. I request it Naan, smoking. They put me in a room that obviously what's smoked in. It's smelled bad like smoke.

Liked: Location was fine. Rooms got surprisingly pretty cold.
Disliked: One night I was asked to move my car and no big deal but then the following asked to move rooms which I found highly inconvenient especially because I had to lug all my things up and down the stairs and guy at the front desk was rude about it. Also seems like they could’ve known I would’ve had to move rooms because I had to move my car for “maintenance” the same reason I had to move rooms.
