Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: When I made reservations, I requested a roll away bed. They confirmed that it was available. Upon arrival, we were told they didn't have any. My granddaughter had to sleep on the floor. The next morning, when I was leaving, I said something to the lady at the front desk she said they did have them.

Liked: Yes the facility was very clean staff was very nice
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that our toilet seat was broke and it wouldn't stay up did tell the front desk about this issue

It was suitable for somewhere...

Liked: Location and the pool area was okay. Recent renovations were about as good as they can be with new flooring and paint. Told couldn’t change the old dirty light switches or the sinks that leak everywhere?
Disliked: Room smelled like smoke; staff barely spoke to anyone but were very nice when they did talk; breakfast was kinda pitiful; beds were in a bad position with the air..the one bed was right next to the blower and there is no way to not get the air blown directly on you all night

Disliked: upon check in I wasn't greeted by the front desk she just rolled her eyes and put her hand out I asked her what did she need she said rudely your id I was drawn away a guest spending their money and your treating him that way friest impression is everything and so is customer service

Liked: I liked that they had a pool and also a lite breakfast also the guest were nice oh and my housekeeper she was good cleaned good any concerns I had she made sure she took care of it always with an smile .
Disliked: I really enjoyed my stay at days inn staff was very friendly except for one African American girl that sometimes that was at the front desk she isn't very pleasant she act like you cant ask her questions and hardly wants to speak I called for towels she told me to step out of my room and look for housekeeping I told her absolutely not . I ended up doing it because I really needed towels after about 40 mins but I felt like it wasn't my job to chase down an housekeeper other then that one staff member my extended stay was good .
