Dirty but functional

Stay away from this hotel!...
Liked: Bed was comfortable and clean which was the only okay thing about the whole stay.
Disliked: Everything was horrible. The property is not well kept and staff are not properly trained or informed. I got injured in ther property from a large hold in there parking lot that was not visiblely marked. Had to demand an incident report due to them not wanting to provide one. When requesting first aid they said there is none on the property and that they only have the option of calling 911. No first aid kits on property. Staff was not trained on what to do when someone gets her at property. Ankle twisted, both knees busted open with blood, elbow fractured all from there poorly lit parking lot with a huge while not marked. Hole had been there for a while due to weeds growing in it. When in the room randomly almost every 2 hours our so a pounding nose would happen sounds like some one was outside the window but we were on the 3rd floor. When checking door there was no one outside. Booked to pay at the check in of hotel. Wanted to put on my credit card. I book to hold the hotel with my debit. They canceled my hotel stay when they tried to charge my debit card before we got there to check in. No notice or request for card update. I called right after my card declined and asked if I can provide over the phone my credit card. They said no and that there policy is that if card is ran before check in that if declined they immediately cancel hotel reservation. Said I would have to rebook it at what ever rate is now available. Booking.com showed them as sold out so no way to rebook. I asked for a manager and she said they will hold a room but that booking.com is incorrect they do not allow for the option to pay at check in. They require a full payment the day before the reservation.
