Disliked: Gigantic hole in bathroom ceiling above shower amd shower didnt work. Would not fix or move to another room until next day.

Terrible Experience

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The front desk told us that cats weren't allowed even though we very clearly put it in our instructions that we had a cat and double checked that they were pet friendly. The lobby smelled like weed when we came in, and the employees were rude. The pool and hot tub were closed, with glass all over the deck, this was not indicated on the website ahead of time or anything, we were planning on using it. There was no iron in the iron slot in our room, the emergency exit plan had fallen off the wall and been placed on a shelf, and the TV was not working right. The elevator was shut down in 2024 by the city. The latch lock on our door was broken, any employee could have come in at any time. There was a sign saying breakfast would be served from 6 am to 10 am, but there was no breakfast at all. During the time breakfast would have been served and that we were leaving, there was nobody at the front desk. All around, we had a terrible experience.
