Good
Liked: The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was some road noise at night from Rte. 37.

Nice stay comfortable clean
Liked: Very nice pool, fairly close to a lot of things including 15 minutes from seaside and a nice option if you don’t want to stay on the busy island
Disliked: No microwave in rooms so we weren’t able to bring any leftovers back to room. Ended up stuffed 24/7 or wasting a lot of food

Good location.
Liked: Conveniently located near the places we were visiting. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was good. Front desk staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: Wish the restaurant was open in the evenings aside from Friday and Saturday.

Liked: There was not much to like.
Disliked: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition of the room I stayed in during my recent visit.The bed in the room was exceptionally uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Additionally, several amenities were not functioning correctly. The hair dryer was broken, and the telephone in the room did not work at all, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, I found that the door lock was faulty and would not properly lock, causing significant concern for my safety and security.To make matters worse, upon using one of the towels, I discovered someone else's hair with what appeared to be dry blood on it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of your hotel.I hope you will take my concerns seriously and take appropriate action to address these issues. I look forward to hearing from you regarding how you intend to resolve this unsatisfactory experience.
