I will go back for my next Phoenix visit.

Liked: Nice breakfast choices; room had a microwave and refrigerator.
Disliked: AC unit was really loud.

Just mostly stayed inside watching...

Liked: I like the location it was quiet
Disliked: My room had roaches really bad and when I told the staff she said welcome to Arizona, I was also told they was sold out of first floor rooms and then witnessed 3 people get first floors after me.
