Staff was great; restaurant was awesome.

Liked: Everything - people, staff, cleanliness. Perfect.
Disliked: Sauna was not operating.

I would definitely stay again

Liked: The staff was very prompt love the attitude
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better the bed was not comfy and u can here everything that goes on in another room wall is very thin

Disliked: I paid for the hotel through Booking.com. The morning of the stay, I noticed another charge for the entire stay that was charged by the Kendrick hotel - ultimately double charging me for the stay. The clerk acknowledged the charge, but stated that Booking.com needed to refund me. The problem is that I never gave them my credit card to charge. I have booked through Booking.com many times and have paid in advance prior to this and have never experienced problems. When I reached out to the hotel, they said they would look into it and then stopped responding to my questions. Do NOT stay here if you want to be fraudulently charged. (They even knew I had paid already, as the clerk acknowledged it!)

Disliked: Jacuzzi wasn't working

Liked: bed was comfortable and t.v. and balcony was cool
Disliked: well reserved on the 9th for the 16th, booked 2 queen top floor with a view. confirmed email that my request was approved, 14 hr dr.. got there did not have my room. was said that they had to fill the room for guest that showed up a day earlier than we did and they had some extended stays. Pretty much was told that we had to deal with what they could give us. which was a 1 queen bed 2nd floor so we heard everyone top and bottom. view was of a construction site with some kind of wrecking yard. Then you could see the mountains past all of that.I booked it because all the reviews were good. don't know where they stated. The lady up front was rude and was like I can't do anything and this is what we have. So, reserve it at your own risk.
