Very good

Liked: Great location close to all the falls attractions, clean and comfy room and lovely friendly staff on the front desk.
Disliked: The breakfast being served on paper plates with plastic cutlery and no fruit offered other than a few apples.

Exactly what we needed.

Liked: We checked in really late (1am) and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The gentleman was very friendly and kind! The check out process was smooth as well and we were very pleased when Yetta told us that we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot the next day so that we could explore the rest of the attractions! She put our mind at ease!
Disliked: The washrooms need to be upgraded. Everything works, but it's outdated. The rooms were very spacious though and I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a mini-fridge. My husband booked the room so I wasn't aware of all the amenities until I arrived.

Disliked: They say that they have a fitness area, but some of the equipments were broken. We needed to pay for parking, but the parking was not enough for the guests.Also, we had a terrible experience in our first night there, we were woke up at 5am with the fire alarm in our room, they thought that we were smoking in the room, but we were sleeping, when the real problem was that the room above us was leaking and affects the fire alarm. Nothing was offered to us as a courtesy because of the inconvenience.

Liked: We have stayed once before.We had a King Suite, very reasonable price. Very clean, very comfortable.When needed a commode was supplied so I could use the toilet which had the usual low seat.Tasty coffee and or tea.Purchased breakfast buffet, very good.
Disliked: Sometimes when parking is paid for there are no spaces left.The hotel allowed us to park out front.
