Nice
Liked: Location was great, nice area.
Disliked: Room was very small, but in fairness was told this before I came. It’s just for the price of a box with a bathroom across the way, for me not worth the money

Good
Liked: Location was excellent-- walking distance to Tufts and to Davis Square. Convenient to T stop. Room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 3 people.
Disliked: Breakfast was surprisingly basic for a B&B.

Conveniently located for us. However...
Liked: Clean room and clean bathroom
Disliked: My daughter and I were given the Prospect Hill Room on the third floor. Room was tiny and barely no space to move. Further I had forgotten to ask for a room on the first floor as we had 5 pieces of heavy luggage. Lifting up and down my heavy pieces of luggage was pretty difficult. I also thought there would someone with a live egg counter atleast. However we had a self service breakfast of orange juice, cereal and milk, cold hard boiled eggs, toast and cake/muffin with coffee. This was a standard fare. I would have expected some scrambled eggs or omelettes atleast.

A pleasant family stay for...
Liked: The room we booked have two bed which is suitable for our family stay. And I like the in-room bathroom, simple but nice breakfast, quiet environment, free parking. Linda, the host also offer us a free laundry.
Disliked: Room sound insulation is not very good.

Superb
Liked: After travelling and staying at bigger hotel chains this was a wonderful contrast. It felt homely and welcoming, almost like a home away from home.

Quiet location near a lively...
Liked: Terrific location just outside of Davis Square, a lively area which seems to have replaced the old Harvard Square (restaurants, shops, movie theater, ice cream). The house is pretty and has a lovely garden around it. Comes with a cat! Homey. No hot breakfast options, but cereal, fruit, pastry, coffee all nicely done and presented. Quiet and peaceful. Nice bathroom, excellent shower, roomy & great water pressure. I forgot to bring shampoo and was delighted to find that they even provide it as well as body wash.
Disliked: My greeting from the proprietor was not especially friendly, but aside from that, everything was fine. I had a tiny, tiny room at the top of the house, a small dormer under the eaves. Cozy for me -- I liked it -- but if you're tall or big or just like a lot of space, make sure you're not getting an upstairs room.
