This award-wining luxury bed and breakfast accommodations is set in 80 acres of peaceful pasture land with stunning views down the River Nairn Valley to the Culloden Viaduct. From the lodge you can see Nairn on the horizon yet it is just 10 minutes drive from Inverness city center. This nonsmoking accommodations has beautifully appointed rooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms. A full Scottish breakfast is served in the spacious dining room where each guest party has their own well spaced table. Continental options are also available as well as packed breakfasts by arrangement. There are also beautiful public rooms one of which has an open fire on chilly days. Exceptional

Liked: Quiet, away from busy crowds of Inverness. . Wonderful owners who have thought of little touches to make stay more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, you get to put in your request the night before and everything is cooked to order. It is close to clava cairns and culloden battlefields, nice easy drive. Binder in the rooms with restaurant recommendations was great! We went to a recommended restaurant and had a wonderful meal.
Disliked: Pillows on the bed were flat and kind of uncomfortable.

Absolutely superb!

Liked: Location is superb, it is private, homely. Breakfast is the best Scottish breakfast you could wish for! Promoting local produce is always a huge yesssVery spacious house, shared lounge area is cosy, my room was very comfortable, lovely complimentary toiletries, coffee, even sherry! with a window view of their highland cows was a real treat. Nicely positioned bird table allowing guests to enjoy the birds feeding at breakfast time in the dining room. Daviot lodge is an experience, not just accommodation. The hosts provide a well established service, very knowledgeable and perfected hospitality. You won’t be disappointed.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say here!
