June 2025 stay

Liked: - 1 minute walk across the beach- easy parking location- staff was extremely friendly!
Disliked: - rooms are extremely small- “one bedroom” unit doesn’t have doors in the bedroom to create separation/privacy.- extremely outdated rooms and contents- grounds could use better upkeep

budget friendly, ocean access, and...

Liked: Loved the location of the property, beach access was across the street. owner/manager was very nice and social able. our room number was #506 with 2 beds and a view of the ocean. pool was very clean, and the loungers were nice to have access to. unlimited hot water
Disliked: if you're looking for 1,000 count sheets don't book here. mattresses are old, along with everything else in the room. smoking is allowed in the walkways and at the pool.
