Exceptional

Liked: The location is great! Rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
Disliked: Not all the rooms have a refrigerator. Luckily, one room from our group had one.

Great place to stay right...

Liked: Perfect location for walking to French Quarter sights.Very helpful daytime reception staff.Good value for a nice hotel with some history.
Disliked: Not a lot of windows in our room, but it is an older building so not really a complaint.It is a little outdated & could use a refresh.

Overall very pleasant and amazing...

Liked: The staff was amazing and the location was perfect!
Disliked: The high price for parking and both rooms were in serious need of a deep clean. Several layers of dust on door frames and lamp shades.

Great place to stay

Liked: Quiet yet convenient to everything. Staff was very friendly. Kate (bartender) at May Baileys bar attached to hotel you are a Rockstar. We wish you the best on your future endeavors. J&J from NC
Disliked: Rooms could have been cleaner. First room we checked in had a roof leak and 1ft of water in bathroom floor. They made it right and gave us another room. Valet gentleman accidentally dropped our car key in another car and was misplaced. The staff was very apologetic. The lady valet is super friendly.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful Great location and aircon was great . Unfortunately we were in a corner room where the nightly garbage trucks woke you up 2 to 7 times a night! Avoid room 209. Staff however offered to change our room but was our last night, if I'd checked earlier im sure we could have gotten another room.However it was a lovely big room.
Disliked: There was no laundry , vending machine was broken, room water was black and very noisy room
