stay correct for a stage....

Liked: hotel in a pretty park; fabulous breakfast.
Disliked: the hotel is very good but not really adapted for international customers. the welcome is correct but with a minimum of explanations and it is preferable to exchange in German, including for the dinner

Liked: breakfast is outstanding, SPA/Pool area very nice and spacious. they are very nice service, not everyone speaks english, but they always found a way. More older people as guest, less children.
Disliked: room had very old standard, looks like they have modern rooms, but we didn't got one of them, it had a lot of nice details, but a bit run down, for this price not acceptable. The main areas on the other hand were renovated and very nice.

Disliked: Photos are not reality, very old furniture, carpet, bed mattress E charging was at additional price - we were not told in advanceAt check out, we were charged 3 dinners instead of 1, coffee we did not have, etc. Its ok owner is from South Tyrol, but i stay in Allgu/Bavaria and dont want all kind of advertisement of South Tyrol all over the placeBut most disappointing: The restaurant is closed at 8 pm !!!! And staff really tries to chase you out any minute after 8
