Liked: The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was outstanding and included hot options. The hotel is older, but clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is tricky to find. Parking was listed as part of the booking, but it is on the street and a parking pass is put in the window of the car. We had to park 2 streets down to find a spot.

Liked: We had a great stay in this hotel located in the heart of Schwabing — a lively and charming neighborhood full of restaurants, shops, and parks. The infrastructure is excellent, with easy access to public transport. We stayed with a dog and a small child — the hotel was very accommodating and even provided a parking permit, which was super helpful. Breakfast was tasty and varied — you can even ask for eggs made the way you like. Highly recommended for families and pet owners!

Disliked: In the room, the walls need to be repainted, spots everywhere, even on the chair ( not feel comfortable to sit), the elevator was very old, smells not good also the main hall from room to elevator, room very old decorated, old bed, totally was like a bored grandma house! Location so far by walking to center, if you going to walk through city it will be difficult.
