Liked: This is a great, historical und unique Hotel, though with a weird design.You have all amenities you need, direct access to the thermal spa und great location in the center of Baden.

Slightly dated property, but more...

Liked: The staff—in particular the two women at reception when I checked in and checked out—went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They upgraded me without my even requesting it, patiently explained the parking situation and use of the spa facilities, and one of them even let me use her parking space when there were no free spaces available.
