Overall a good hotel
Liked: The staff were friendly and the location and the neighbourhood are good.
Disliked: The pillows were out of shape and not comfortable.

Liked: Henriette hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, clean and so peaceful even if it was in front of a road. Their eco-friendly and not waste oriented view is what I loved the most. They don’t try to adhere to that world like most of the places I’ve seen but they’re actually doing it and they’re doing it pretty well!! Breakfast impressed me with the quality of the food. The small portions allowed me to try different homemade cakes, granola, jam…and so much more! Staff is also lovely and very welcoming. In the end, if my life brings me to Vienna again, I know I would chose Henriette hotel as my place to stay!

Simply wonderful hotel and staff
Liked: Everything was perfect and the staff went the extra mile to be helpful and accommodating. Would happily return if in the area again.
Disliked: The breakfast coffee wasn’t as good as the coffee served at reception

Very good clean hotel at...
Liked: Great location near the underground station which is a few stops from the city centre. The hotel is very clean with friendly and helpful staff. The room was quite a good size, with clean comfy beds and a mini bar. The bathroom was very clean with fresh towels and toiletries. The breakfast was fantastic and really worth including in your booking.
Disliked: We were on the first floor which was located under the breakfast buffet floor. So from 6 AM, there was lots of noise from upstairs as people were going for breakfast. The mini fridge in the room had a glass door and its light was flickering during the night. We heard several other guests complaining about this to the front desk. We had to unplug the fridge every night before going to sleep. The Air conditioning unit was making lots of whooshing noise during the night, even though it was turned off in our room. It seemed that there was constant water circulation in the unit if guests in other rooms had them turned on.
