Spacious and friendly downtown hotel

Liked: Great location, right next to a metro station, walking distance from the old town. Nice neighborhood close to Prater park with plenty of cosy Asian restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was splendid! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out easy and quick.

Great location, staff and rooms,...

Liked: Great staff, nice location with easy access to train and metro. Rooms are big and spacious with self controlled aircon and a balcony. Rare these days!
Disliked: Bed is too hard and too short, duvet is basic and tiny. I know I am tall but the beds and covers are too short, even the duvet is not just too short but small in General. There is an ongoing construction inside the hotel inside hotel for the period of April to June+. Quite noisy at some hours of the day but the rooms have great sound proofing.

Liked: I left a review and the only thing I got was sorry. The rooms were nice but the hotel reception was under construction. Made a complaint but booking.com was nice enough to take care of it.
