Very good

Liked: Great location, breakfast was lovely with plenty of options staff were very accommodating and friendly. The check-in receptionist was very helpful and informative.Lovely hotel with lots of home comforts.
Disliked: The room was a bit small however was well equipped and very clean. We stayed in a room at the front there was quite a bit of noise until after midnight.

Liked: A friendly and informative welcome . Great location and comfortable room . Attractive setting and decor . Lovely view of the pretty garden.
Disliked: Visiting with an elderly person and approach to the room was a little uneven in places especially in wet weather .

Liked: Staff are lovely, breakfast is nice and fresh.
Disliked: Rooms are hot in summer and easy to hear your neighbours/people outside. Difficult to leave windows open over night when staying on the ground floor in the garden rooms as it doesn't feel very secure. The pillows are too soft for me.

Liked: Lovely room, comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast, freshly cooked and a great selection.All staff very friendly and extremely helpful.Great that we could leave luggage after check out and collect later in the day.
Disliked: Rooms could have better sound insulation - kept awake one night by loud snoring from an adjoining room.
