Don’t recommend staying here

Liked: It came up on booking.com
Disliked: Cockroaches on bench where jug placed,bathroom light not working, bathroom door was jammed snd couldn’t be closed without due force, room was excessively small, nowhere for luggage, 250 metre walk to room then upstairs..no lift. We had several heavy bags to negotiate the stairs with. Signing in was difficult and unsuccessful after hours even though I had rung in the morning and was advised 24 hour onsite checkin. Very unusual to request photo ID on pre checkin. Service was overall depressing.
