Disliked: Lack of room service. Our bed was just pulled up, not made, tea and milk not replaced, wet bath at and towels not replaced. Bathroom needed a good clean

Convenient place to stay inside...

Liked: The location and car parking
Disliked: There were times I had to wait to be let in the car park which built up over time and that’s if when someone responded. Stayed 5 nights and my room was cleaned after the first night and the last night. I would have preferred it being cleaned and refreshments on night 2 or 3 instead- it’s just seemed strange.

Darwin Visitor

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room very small. Needed to shut the bathroom door to enter the shower. Pillows were thin and soft nor supportive. Not in a great part of the city. View of carpark.

Overall happy with our stay,...

Liked: Comfortable beds, couch, dining with fans and aircon. Conveniently located. Balcony and outdoor setting.
Disliked: Pool is FREEZING. nightclub nearby noisy on Friday/Saturday although the hotel did their best to block out majority of the noise. Mismatch crockery and utensils- very basic. Our check in experience was poor, however all other staff interactions were good.
