Liked: I’d asked, twice, for an above level 3 and above and a front Smith st site! Didn’t happen.Staff were helpful , however,the cleaning team , one group, let the side down… we went from Friday to possibly Tuesday , aware that weekends have no service, but missing out on Friday and Tuesday,we went without clean towels,bathroom cleaned,bathroom floor,completely missed and was dirty,bin was overflowing as I suffer from incontinence and the outside,apart from being rusty, hadn’t verncleBed for weeks! Bedside table as well as shelving, microwavewertrnot dusted,cleaned.I had to ask for a bedside table. Reception were very responsive to calls for cleaning and directed,late afternoon, an excellent cleaning team to attend. Disappointed by view, but location was good !
Disliked: As above . Overflowing bins , failure to clean on Friday band Monday, until we complained!

Overall, the stay was ok but there were a few issues which were disappointing.

Disliked: There were bugs in the bedroom, the noise in the hotel was insane! The whole building, including the bedrooms had a distinctive damp smell which was not pleasant.

Liked: Great location right in the city center. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Can get a bit noisy at night because of the proximity to the nightlife.
