Really good place to stay.

Liked: Easily accessible from the city. Room was quite nice.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The location was very good. It was close to the beach (only 2 min walk) and also close to the next tram stop. The receptionist was also very nice and it was even possible to check in 40 min prior the original check-in time.
Disliked: There was everything in the room what is needed for a stay - unfortunately it was just enough. There was no proper safe (it seemed to be from the 1950) and the AC/heater was also pretty old. To co conclude, the price-performance ratio was not too good to be fair.

We got value for money...

Liked: Locked undercover parking was good. Bed comfortable. Close to transport and restaurants.Music in tavern turned off at aporopriate time and surprisingly quiet after that even being on highway.
Disliked: As a disabed person, the stair climb was tough. Even if room was lowest level still had to climb from carpark. Part of handrail was missing.
