Good

Liked: Position of hotel to St John's Wood and London area.
Disliked: I upgraded room to deluxe twin but there was a roaring sound like a boiler starting up every ten minutes or do from 6am until midnight which was very loud in our room 242.Also when we asked hotel reception where were any local markets and london marathon route no one could help us.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and actually kingsized (ie as described!). There was enough soundproofing that there was no traffic noise, although in the morning we did hear the opening and closing of doors in adjacent rooms. Having a true 24 hours parking helped solved the issue of where to have the car the following day (though did benefit Uber!).
Disliked: I’d ideally like an option to have a room with a shower as opposed to one which has a shower in the bath — for me, given the size and shape of the bathroom, having the toilet facing the sink left a narrower approach to the high sided bathtub to access the shower. The food at breakfast wasn’t up to the standards of the rest of the hotel (especially the eggs!)

Superb

Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. An ideal location and the facilities were great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. Although, next time, I would upgrade to a king-size bed.
Disliked: I had very noisy neighbours who kept me awake with their loud talking, and they kept banging their door every time they went in and out of their room (which was often). This is not something the hotel has any control over, and therefore, it did not ruin my experience.
