Our stay was overall excellent

Liked: Rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very a great size with a bathtub. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: For breakfast to be a bit more reasonable priced.

Good value and nice hotel

Liked: Breakfast was really good (though typical hotel fare). Room was a decent size and the beds were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thought it was pretty decent value given where it is in London.
Disliked: AC in the room was inconsistent and only powerful enough to cool half the room. The location isn't awful but still took a little while to walk there from the Tube station. Also has a "front entrance" around the corner which is a little difficult to find.

Liked: It was a really nice looking hotel with convenient location and nice, helpful staff. Had a nice time there!
Disliked: It was a bit loud, you could hear the neighbors through the walls, even though they were just talking.

a very good hotel, could...

Liked: The staff in this hotel is always available, efficient and quick to respond to any request with a smile. It is a big hotel, and still everything seems to work well - for example, you never have to wait for the lift more than a few seconds. When I had a problem with the TV in my room, the maintenance man arrived less than 10 minutes after I talked to reception. The room was quite big, with a desk and a small table, a chair and an armchair. Breakfast, as everybody here has already written, is excellent.
Disliked: Beware of The TV in the room: It sometimes turns itself on by itself at night (!) so you better turn off the wall socket switch. It has no programme list or programme information. There is no coffee machine in the room, just a kettle and tea. There are no electricity sockets by the bed, just USB sockets hidden under the bedside lamp.
