Superb

I don't recommend this hotel...

Liked: What did I like? Probably the best part was the staff, the location was great, it was close to the metro and the centre so you could get everywhere.
Disliked: What didn't I like? There are a lot of things, as far as the room is concerned, the room was very small, so the price of the hotel did not correspond to it at all. Our toilet leaked, at the same time the bed was terribly soft, thus when my partner moved, I moved too, horrible, the room was so small that you couldn't even move around properly. We didn't have hand soap replenished on the first day. About the breakfast, it was a disaster, it was not worth 20 euro at all, for breakfast there was a pastry, some ham, a small block of Brie cheese and some sweet bread and that was the end of it, no choice of vegetables, fruit, some home made products, for that price I could have had a proper meal in the centre. As there was a demonstration in Brussels they cancelled 3 flights so we had to leave the day before, there was no one at reception to ask for any refund or help, mainly they have a sign on reception 24/24. There was no one to ask for any solution, so we had to leave our room card at the hotel and go, even though we waved at the cameras nothing happened.

Disliked: No air conditioner n it’s too warm

Value for money was ok;...

Liked: The location was very central
Disliked: My room was in the first floor to the street, opposite a very busy bar that was open until 5am; even with the windows closed (which made the room quite hot), it was noisy.

Friendly hotel, well sited but...

Liked: The location was fine an easy walk from Brussels Midi station and close to Grand Place. It was a short walk to some very reasonable restaurants. The Receptionist was extremely helpful.
Disliked: The room was extremely small I know I booked a single but usually that means a Queen Sized bed.. Once, in London, my employer had booked me into the Park Lane Hotel, near Green Park Station. My colleague from Bangkok looked at my room and said "In Bangkok, this would be a broom cupboard!". My.room here was even smaller.

Liked: Close to the center and the metro station, friendly staff
Disliked: No a/c

It went well and mostly,...

Liked: Room was very small, location was perfect and nice bathroom! The room was a bit dark. Staff were wonderful. The beds were not comfortable. All in all, the room was an excellent value and worked out perfectly for the one night we stayed.
Disliked: The darkness of the room and no window to the outdoors.

Very good

Liked: Very clean, everything worked in the room.
Disliked: The breakfast could have a few more options, and the single room was extremely small.

Exceptional

Liked: Very kind staff, designated rooms and tasty breakfast (especially amazing coffee).
