Great location, everything else was...

Liked: The location is great. Absolutely the best part.
Disliked: The parking is awful with no designated spots for guests. They ran out of towels, which is completely unacceptable. Some of the staff could’ve been nicer. It also sucked that we were put in the building across the street.

Acceptable for short stay

Liked: - The view of the room was fantastic.- Cleanliness was great- Bathroom facilities were amazing- Nice location and close to the beach
Disliked: - The day owe stayed our night staff was not friendly when we asked for hot water to make a drink.- No wifi at room- Sound of AC was noisy

Is 400/night not top tier...

Liked: Comfortable bed. Clean room. Second chair in room would be helpful.Good black out curtains.
Disliked: Traffic noise. Outdoors would benefit from more cleaning of walls, etc.lighting in room low(app won't allow that rating )

The only place to stay...

Liked: Location and class. The room was very nice.
Disliked: We had a second floor room with no elevator. Upon leaving there was no one to help with our luggage. We are 85 and 77 years old.

Very good

Liked: The location was amazing. The restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The rooms were in multiple buildings across the property but when asked where to get ice, we were told to go across the main street by the virtual assistant. That ice dispenser was not working. After we called and went to the front desk, they had to get it from the restaurant area. The virtual assistant should have been better prepared, giving us the second option upfront which would have been closer.

Our accommodations were very nice,...

Liked: We loved the location, right on the water and seconds away from PJ Ferry. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained grounds.
Disliked: Nothing ! Everything was what we expected. We took a lot of pictures in and around property.
