Very good

Liked: The location was amazing. The restaurant was very good.
Disliked: The rooms were in multiple buildings across the property but when asked where to get ice, we were told to go across the main street by the virtual assistant. That ice dispenser was not working. After we called and went to the front desk, they had to get it from the restaurant area. The virtual assistant should have been better prepared, giving us the second option upfront which would have been closer.

Exceptional

Liked: Great room, ac was perfect
Disliked: Room was in The Jetty across from hotel and with luggage and the heat, it was a challenge

Our accommodations were very nice,...

Liked: We loved the location, right on the water and seconds away from PJ Ferry. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained grounds.
Disliked: Nothing ! Everything was what we expected. We took a lot of pictures in and around property.

Liked: No breakfast. The location of the room was great.
Disliked: We discovered a beg bug on the mattress.

Clean, updated but you are...

Liked: Clean, updated and good value.
Disliked: No offer to help with bags, did not realize we were across the street at another building. Which would have been fine except that there was no help with our large bags and the person at the desk just basically said that way. No real direction on where the room was or how we would get our bags upstairs etc. Essentially we were left to fend for ourselves.

Bad

Liked: Overcharges The times for entire stay, non authorized, locked then card canceled , hotel needs major repairs, broken or non working essentials, electrical issues, incorrectly programmed rim key card- therefore locked out of room after midnight in the pouring rain, Staff has yet to address pretty much anything, General manager had yet to call checked in we 21st

Area wonderful. Hotel unkept.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Desk service was very pleasant and helpful. Location was good. Shops cute and friendly in port Jefferson within walking distance. Was a beautiful area for walking.
Disliked: Bathroom floor was filthy. Lighting was poor in room. Would be nice if there was a full length mirror in room. Things falling apart. Had to get towels and wash clothes, reserved for 3 people, got 1 washcloth and 2 towels. Did not have room stocked well with enough coffee cups, creamer, sweetener.
