Superb

Liked: Have often been to this hotel, it's a beautiful spot with quirky but pleasant rooms and a an excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Reception was not able to provide an invoice - I was supposed to get it from booking.com. Never had this before ever. Not helpful, complicated.

A very welcome break.

Liked: A lovely old property with friendly and welcoming staff, and a lovely spa.
Disliked: The hotel is a little tired in places.
