Liked: The location
Disliked: I have tried to reach out to the hotel and booking.com over my stay but still no response. The room cost me £269 for a family of 5 which the room wasn’t big enough for 2 people it was 25+ degrees the fridge didn’t work. The shower water wouldn’t go hot to shower. The tv worked as and when it felt like it and the room was dirty and the tv remote was covered in mouldy food. Like to 3 windows only 1 would open.

Excellent would defo go back

Liked: Loved the location. So handy for the South Pier. The staff were really lovely and friendly too.
Disliked: It's a bit rough around the edges. The carpet didn't look clean and there was a stain on the wall. Nothing major for a cheap stay to get your head down but just felt a little bit grotty.

Liked: Great for kids, lovey breakfast nice bar
Disliked: Rooms wasn't refreshed i had to go ask at reception for toilet rolls, and empty our own bins, had to go and buy milk from the shop.

Lovely break in a lovely...

Liked: Lovely place just near the south pier. Staff really friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. Requested a ground floor room and it was provided immediately. Nice bar and pool table.
Disliked: The bedding could have been better, it was a bit lumpy. Too soft for me but that's just personal preference.

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly greeting, on arrival. Helpful staff, spotless breakfast was great. Very close to all Blackpool has to offer.
Disliked: Wasn't anything to dislike.
