Clean hotel, polite staff, amazing...

Liked: Doors locked at night, very friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous tasting breakfast! Games room was fab for nightly keeping kids occupied (stock up on £1 coins) worth the money! Will be booking again!

Superb

Liked: Simple check in, polite staff on front desk.Room clean.
Disliked: The single beds need a headboard, pillows constantly droping behind.Shower, no hot water...Luke warm at most.

Liked: Really close to south pier and easy for the tram.
Disliked: Parking is a bit of a pain but there are a few car parks about and cheap for the stay.

Liked: Friendly staff. Nice and clean. Perfect location. Went to the effort of putting balloons up in the room for my son’s birthday. We would definitely return!
Disliked: There was a great menu for breakfast but sadly the full English wasn’t for us. We did enjoy cereal and crumpets though!
