Liked: Advertised as B&B but really only a Bed (no breakfast option). Generally found communication to be quite blunt and unfriendly. Room itself is nice and location is excellent.

Comfortable room and close to...

Liked: Clean and comfortable room , easy walking distance to the main part of Kinsale nice view from the room. Our host gave recommendations on places to eat and visit within easy walking distance.
Disliked: The shower in our room did not have good temperature control or water pressure. We were not aware prior to arrival that breakfast was not included. We did not mind but it was not clear to us during booking.

Great overnighter!

Liked: Great location with just a few minutes walk into the centre of town. Parking was in front of the house. Phil was a lovely host, welcoming us and giving recommendations for pubs and music. Bedroom was clean and comfy. Bathroom was good with a nice hot shower.
Disliked: The bedroom was a bit of a squeeze by the time we had a suitcase and 2 carry ons in the room with 2 people but not an issue if you just had a couple of overnight bags.
