Very good

Quiet location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Good sized pool, generous breakfast, nice location and very helpful staff. I'd stay here again but not at more than £100/night
Disliked: The first room we were allocated had a family of moths living in it. This doesn't reflect well on the housekeeping. The second room was fine but we didn't dare unpack our belongings from our bags, just in case.

A perfect country side stay.

Liked: We liked the location, facility inside the hotel, the family suite which was having good privacy. The view outside the room was amazing particularly while enjoying the hot tub. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed every bit of it. Plenty of parking space.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike, just for few bits of improvement, the drainage in the shower area was blocked and its glass door was bit clumsy. It can be improved.

Amazing stay - Staff and...

Liked: - Great Breakfast / Lovely farm next too site, from room felt like I was in the country which fits in great to the lakes.- great fire place - huge open fire and sofa, great staff - lovely warm welcome, reception and Bar staff 10/10.- Great room size - great pillows bed View : Peaceful/Cosey hotel
Disliked: - The water pressure of the shower but maybe due to location is the only thing that I didn't like but can be due to location

Good

Everything I need a hotel...

Liked: Attitude and manner of staff was spot on, the level of professionalism and friendliness felt genuine at all times.Didn't treat the consumables in the room like they're gold plated like most hotels. Enough toilet rolls to last a week, plenty of shower gels soaps etc, and no shortage of tea and coffee Biscuits.
Disliked: Traffic noise within the room wasn't great for a light sleeper like me but I always travel with earplugs so still got a good kip.

We will be back!

Liked: Damson Dene was fantastic. Staff were great, food was fab. The kids loved the pool and gym!
Disliked: The pool and gym could do with some upgrade. Also cleaners could have cleaned the bathroom every day instead of just making beds.
