Superb for nights sleep

Liked: Location, parking ,staff , ensuite and value for money
Disliked: Bed too soft. Can be noisy due tomain road traffic (only if you like lie in).Early risers no problem

Big, comfortable room with great...

Liked: A huge bed, a big room with a lovely bathroom. I had a desk plus all the clothes space I could want and a great drink tray area
Disliked: The traffic driving into Lincoln each morning was a bit heavy but not too bad

Liked: Staff outstanding. The room was superb. Spotless.James was very helpful and changed my booking three times.
Disliked: Noise being at the front of the hotel and a faulty door kept me awake from banging in the early hours. James sorted it eventually. Will definitely stay again. Would be 10 but just that small noise issue.

Excellent hotel to enjoy the...

Liked: Plenty of parking, excellent staff, quiet location even though right next to a main round and roundabout. The restaurant next door was excellent too. I would return, definitely!
Disliked: Nothing really.

Good, clean room. Friendly staff...

Liked: Good clean big room. On second floor so high ceilings. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The desk is fixed to wall and directly next to plug sockets. Thus, you can't use any of the sockets as they won't plug in. I had various plugs and only one socket in room could be used and plugged in that was no where near desk to work.

Very good

Nice hotel, nice staff but...

Liked: Very helpful staff, check in was easy and we were shown to our room. The room was made up with a small bed for my son (3) however as this was very narrow it probably wouldn’t be suitable for a child over 5. The room was spotless. We didn’t use the restaurant, however I’ve been told that it is nice by family members.
Disliked: The bypass can be very noisy as is very close to the hotel. Although we slept well during the night my son was woken up at 5am and decided he was up for the day. He then watched all the traffic going past which kept him entertained whilst I dosed for another hour in bed (silver lining).
