A lovely weekend stay
Liked: The breakfast included was buffet style which ample option from hot porridge to a fully fry up and cold options from cereal to yoghurt and fruit. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and there was always some around to help if needed. The leisure facilities were good as well with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a large indoor pool.
Disliked: Due to the hotel being an old building, there are a few areas that could do with a little touch-up, but this didn't affect our stay.WiFi signal was amazing but you don't get good phone reception (this isn't always a bad thing)Plenty of parking spaces but if you need to back underground, it's very tight. Not the hotels fault but we're our room was located it was very noisy with traffic and could hear everything happening in the room above us.

Lovely stay and hope to...
Liked: Location is excellent as is the breakfast!
Disliked: We could hear conversations clearly from the next room, probably due to the interconnecting door from the room we were in.

A good place for all....
Liked: We have really enjoyed our stay. we loved the location. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is very nice.. We went to enjoy the spa and my partner had a massage and he said that was fantastic. We used the pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room all before we got into our room. Our room was beautiful and very big with a huge joint terrace outside. That was a lovely touch and on sunny days that would be fantastic. We stayed in room 551...The room was very clean and the bed was huge. The mattress was a little hard for me but my partner loved it so it's just personal preference. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful both time. We really enjoyed this. There was a singer on in the bar and he sounded great and he's people up dancing. We really enjoyed our stay, its 5min drive into Blackpool so we drove through the lights after dinner and made it back to see the singer still on. We had a lovely weekend.
Disliked: This is just a personal preference.. This hotel is very much geared towards families with children. it's got everything for kids. Soft Play areas, arcade, kids cinema, shows and entertainment and lots of facilities.. While this is brilliant for families it's not great for a relaxing couples holiday. There was lots of children running around the hotel and bombing in the pool. They were running up and down the corridor outside our room, bangung on our door and were extremely loud! I appreciate that they were having the time of their life but if this is not your thing then this is not the place for you. I also found the spa area a little bit grubby it could really do with a good clean throughout... I guess it's used so much by so many its hard to keep on top off. This didn't stop me using it all weekend though.
