A lovely relaxing break.

Liked: Changes in building are good, since the last time we stayed, especially the breakfast area.
Disliked: Out of control children. There should be certain rules for parents to follow. Discipline should be the order of the day. Some of the breakfast items were cold.

Lovely stay but not during...

Liked: We had a sea view room with a balcony although a bit pricy the room was amazing. Breakfast was really good although very busy in the restaurant. Most of the staff were lovely. The hotel is in a prime position
Disliked: Most staff were lovely some on reception could be a bit offhand. We stood waiting at reception til dead on 3 to get the keys- no exceptions! The main bar should have been child free from 9pm - loads of kids in even though they had their own entertainment. Bar not big enough for evening entertainment. Kids running up and down the corridors after 12pm even though it was a quiet zone.

Liked: The staff are very pleasant and approachable. The hotel is in a very good place right next to the beach. This is usually a lovely family holiday but as it was Easter the staff were under a lot of pressure .
Disliked: I took my 4yr old grandson for the 1st time. I have been with my granddaughter many times. The room we got was down a narrow rather scruffy and dirty staircase. Although the room was large the windows were rather old and didn't fit properly. There was a back door in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms but there wasn't a key to open it should there have been a fire. The tv was faulty but was replaced. These issues were reported to the reception but a key wasn't provided I felt it a health and safety issue.I paid £418 for our 2 night stay b&b only and then was charged a further £10 a day to join the kids activities. This I felt unreasonable particularly since he chose not to join in.I'm sure should I have booked through the hotel they would have pointed me to cheaper deals. I was disappointed this time but will return in the future.
